Hair Regrowth Advice
I have experienced rapid hair loss & thinning of hairs after 2 years of high stress. Thereafter, I have maintained my stress level quite well. Now, I'm fine mentally as a result hair fall have slowed down as well. I'm focusing on regrowing more & more thick hairs by trying everything that's a solution for it. I have watched Baba Ramdev's videos as well & found good reviews with yoga and ayurvedic medicines for hair growth. Please suggest me the solution as per ayurveda . I will follow it religiously everyday.

Start using biotique bhringaraja oil massage weekly thrice regular n mild Green tea intake Salmon omega 3  cap twice a day Amalaki choorna 1/2 tsp with hot water once Kapaal bhati,  Pranayama  and sheershasan  sarvangasan on daily basis These are few things to be added to ur daily routine

It's very unfortunate that you are facing this problem...it can be androgenic alopecia which is due to excess of male hormones...or telogen effluem...try to have healthy diet at regular intervals,drink more water,manage stressful situations smoothly if possible avoid them,biotin supplements helps you...you will require topical agents like minoxidil which will maintain hair density and also helps in new hair growth...consult dermatologist they will do the needful..
