The redness of eyes can be due to increased sensitivity . Even if you don't have dandruff, in a condition called atopic diathesis where a patient has increased sensitivity can cause repetitive redness. I would recommend getting a check up done by an Ophthalmologist who can properly examine and assess the problem. From my perspective (as a Dermatologist) if you don't have any scaling orang other co-existing skin issues you wouldn't need a check up from my end.
Next Steps
Meet an ophthalmologist is no co-existing skin problem
