Hello there...I can understand your concern. It would have been better if you had posted a of the patches you are talking about. Because if the bald patch was caused due to diseases like alopecia areata, psuedopelade of brocq, trichitillomania, tinea capitis, it is reversible through oral medications, topical solutions, injections. But if it's a receding hairline patch you are talking about, then hairfall transplantation is the solution. Kindly consult a dermatologist. They will examine you and suggest you further treatment.
