I am having severe hairfall. I have very oily scalp but the hair roots are dry. I notice most breakage while combing my hair. It is curly and gets tangled very easily. Of late the breakage while combing is cauaing headaches. Please advice on what I should be doing about it.

Hair fall has to be addressed by understanding the cause. Hair fall from roots and shaft have different treatment options. Headache while combing may indicate scalp folliculitis. Kindly consult a Dermatologist
