Hair loss on my temples

Hi Doc, recently I started loosing so many hairs at my front part of scalp. Don't no what's reason but m sure m going bald. My friends were saying to use extracted onion juice on such areas to get lost hair as it has sulphur in it. Is it so? Can I do so? Are there any ways I can really get hair back? Please suggest me.
