Hi...do not wash your hair too roughly, do not use too many shampoos and avoid using highly concentrated shampoos.you should not wash your hair with too hot water...try to have healthy diet at regular intervals since nutritional deficiency can aggravate hair fall so have food substances rich in protein, minerals and vitamins like egg white, fresh raw sprouts, glass of milk, nuts, green leafy vegetables etc. Drink more water to stay hydrated, manage stressful situations smoothly since stress is known to increase hair fall so if possible avoid getting stressed by doing destressing excercises, yoga and meditation. Biotin supplements can also help you...The speed of hair growth varies based upon genetics, gender, age, hormones.so cause for hair fall should be dealt properly...Consult nearest dermatologist they will do the needful.
