Hair loss and vit d deficiency
I am a breastfeeding mom of a 5 month baby and this is my second pregnancy. I was having hair fall for the last two years and this became severe after my pregnancy and my scalp started showing out in some portions. Then I consulted a skin and hair doctor for the same and now I am taking one  MVIT- Z tablet( grape seed extract+green tea extract+ginseng+ginkgo biloba+garlic+lycopene+citrus bioflavonoids+aninoacid+multivitamin+multiminerals and antioxidant tablet) per day and a whey protein drink. Now i can see small hairs growing out. But my hair fall problem still persists and it is so severe that I cant ignore it. When I checked my 25 Hydroxy vitamin D (serum, CMIA) Level, it is found as 30.2 ng/ml. Does it have anything to do with my hair fall problem. Is it required to supplement vit d?
