Hair loss and bald head
I had lots of hair on my head during my 20 s but in 4 years . I have lost my all hairs . This is not a hereditary problem but might be due to stress and job conditions . Can you suggest how to get back hairs on my head and lost confidence . Or should I keep my head bald as many celebrities keep .

24 is a very young age to loose hair.
But it can be usually recovered back with proper treatment. It would be well worth the efforts.
Meanwhile, have a good balanced diet. Do not compromise on meals or skip meals.
