Hair Growth problem

My hair is so healthy and beautiful but inspite of that there is problem in my hair growth,i mean i want 2 inches more long hair and want some volume in my hair.These are the problems otherwise my hair is perfect ,no hair fall problem .....only problem is hair growth so please tell me as if there is maximum limit of hair growth or maximum age of hair growth?? What could be the possible reason for this and if there is remedy please suggest me some.....thank you!!!!!!
