facial hair growth depends on hereditary characteristics... more important is it is one of the secondary sexual character... get examined by a doctor, to make sure there is no underlying hormonal deficiency, if that is ruled out, then you can get a hair transplanted to get the desired facial hair distribution....no medications can produce new hair follicle on face....weak and dying thinned out hairs alone can be salvaged with medications....
