Hi. Greying of hair can have a genetic basis compounded by stress, unhealthy diet, etc. Unfortunately nothing much really works to get it back to ur natural black color (although there are a few gels out there in the market). For ur complexion, I advise u start taking oral antioxidants (cap. Antoxid HC - one capsule daily after lunch). Apply a good sunscreen spf 30 and above. U can possibly start with skin lightening creams (avoid those triple combination creams which contain hydroquinine, tretinoin and a steroid like fluocinolone / mometasone -please avoid these altogether) and chemical peels can also be offered to u ater a detailed and thorough assessment of ur skin by the dermatologist.
