Hi
Post pregnancy hair loss is a common problem. This is known as chronic telogen effluvium. The condition is self limiting and settles down soon. Please eat plenty of protein and fruits and vegetables. Vegetarian option for protein include dals lentils sprouts mushrooms soya milk panneer curd ragi dry fruits. Do not stop iron and calcium supplements for now.
However as a vegetarian you may also lack Vit D. Please get a test done and start supplements if you have deficiency.
If still not better please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments. Remember this can progress to female pattern hair loss
