Hair fall,nail colorchang
4 yrs back i came to India after 11yrs of stay in US. I am 5' 6" & weighed 80kgs 4 yrs back. The last 3.5 i am going through emotional stress as my father is not well. I normally take very good care of my healty, but the last 4 yrs i have neglected taking care of myself. My food is not very nutritious & not home cooked.I am currently buying food outside & try to buy as much nutritious food as possible from a trusted caterer. My hairfall has been slow, steady & continuous the last 3.5yrs. The scalp is very health,no split ends but very mild dandruff. I have lost 2X times the volume of hair i had 4yrs back. The last 3 months i have started to have a plant based general multivitamin from Nutrilite, hair, skin, nails multivitamin & Iron folic multivitamin as well. My current hairfall is around maybe 60 strands/day.I am also seeing a slight discolouration(black color) in my nails. I need help as how i can increase my hair growth & volume & have more healthly red/pinkish nails.Thank you.

Greetings. In women, Anaemia, hormonal issues, environmental factors , pollution, stress, junk food and poor diet could cause you to lose hair. After adequate evaluation by dermatologist, You'll probably need treatment with hair care lotions or serums - something that has vasodilator properties and improves thickness of hair and reduces hair loss. Have a good balanced nutritious diet. For dandruff you'll need an antifungal shampoo with probably a low dose corticosteroid shampoo. See a dermatologist near you to get evaluated if you have any other scalp problem. Hope this helps. Further queries may be sent on follow up  messaging. Warm regards.
