Hair Fall issue
I have severe hair fall.. I have report of body checkup please check the attachment

From your reports it's clear that you have low Vitamin B 12 and Vitamin D levels. Apart from these i would suggest getting a CBC and serum ferritin levels done. Check thyroid as well.

You have vit B12 deficiency,it needs to be corrected by proper dosing of vitamin B12.This hair fall is known as telogen effluvium and this is reversible condition once vitB12levels will be normal.Still oral supplements and topical medications to scalp in scalp can be given.
