Adding biotin supplement will help you and i would also advice you to go for some blood investigation.. In females hormonal changes also leads to aggressive hairfall..
Next Steps
consult your nearest trichologist for further investigation..

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Loosing around 50 to 100 hair per day is quite normal. Take biotin tablets as nutritional supplements. But since you are using other medications for  hairfall including minoxidil, remember to use them regularly as per your physician's advice Noncompliance of these medicines can aggravate hairloss
