I am suffering from hair fall and thinning of my hair. I had tried different oils and shampoos, yet no results, at the end got baldness, at the forehead region

add protein diet and iron rich diet eg;dal , eggs, dates , green leaf veg to ur diet and try external application of menodoxil 5% to ur scalp for 3 months
