Hello. There solution for your both problems in Ayurveda.
please don't use shampoo, soap, conditoner for washing hairs. please use shikesahi powder. apply dhatryadi oil to scalp & hairs.
For dull & black skin apply erimedadi oil & kukumadi oil alternately , after 2 hors of applying oil scrub with Awala powder+ honey+ cream daiiy.
