Hair fall and Itchy, Flaky, Dry Scalp
I'm having hair fall problem since a year and half now, 24 age, currently in New Zealand. It's been a year now since I'm facing dandruff problem after coming in here, on top of hair fall, which is making my scalp worse. I can see considerable decrease in hair density. Scalp is now itchy, dry and flaky, people says due to water, I don't know how it affects! Kindly help to cure the dandruff problem first and then hair fall. To cure the problem I am using all keta shampoo once a week and pure natural tea tree shampoo Kindly advice what's the cure for this problem. Medical and natural way of stopping scalp balding. Any help much appreciated.

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. We can also do prp for faster results.  Please call me and meet me at my clinic or  contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment. Do not start treatment without consulting. I can give guidance and then you can continue treatment on your own.

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
