Hair fall and dandruff

Age 24 ,i have dandruff prob for 4 yrs ,so my hairfall is increased ,once i met a dermatologist he suggested me to use ketozonal shampoo bt i followed but my dandruff remain same plz suggest me what i should do next, and also tell is hairfall due to dandruff are reversible??

Dandruff is increased scaliness of scalp. Certain skin and scalp types are more prone to get dandruff. Lot of factors including weather, stress even genetics play a role in you getting dandruff. Hence maintainance after proper course of treatment is necessary. Hair fall if it is just due to dandruff is reversible. But you should get yourself examined properly by a dermatologist first to rule out other conditions.
