Greetings. Some people have tendency of excess oil secretion. This may further be worsened by life style, not washing hair regularly or not with right shampoo. Also oiliness, fungal colonisation and dandruff is a vicious cycle. And chronic scalp inflammation may result in hair fall. See a qualified dermatologist near you.
