Hair dryer for disinfectant of cycle

Hi Today I brought cycle for my baby..and it was kept in sun for approx 5 minutes And after 4 hour of purchase I clean it with dettol water and then use hair dryer for dry... Is it completely disinfectant..as baby cry for it so I have to give it to her... And the person who clean the cycle at shop during cleaning he wore mask and didn't sneeze ... So plz help as now I given it to my baby... But plz help...
