I dont like to apply oil on my head at all. This is making my hair look very rough and dry. Is it advisable 2 use shampoo nd condtioner instead of oil. How often should I use it. Also wanna know whether conditioner is required after shampoo or not. I currently wash my hair every day juz with water.

Hi! You can use either a shampoo with conditioner or separate shampoo and conditioner. At your age dandruff is a common problem so shampoo your hair properly instead of just rinsing with water. Hope this helps.
