My hair suddenly start breaking in early monsoon, i thought it's because of seasonal change so I ignore but to be cautious i stop creatine intake for 2-3 months but my hair breakage doesn't stop, after multiple research, review and etc I found creatine doesn't cause hair break so I start taking 3-4gm per day but my hair break doesn't stop, atleast 30-50 hair break daily(that I have counted, don't know unmounted hair break) so now I again stop creatine intake(been 4days) bcz I love my hair, I don't harshly rub them dry use wow shampoo and conditioner and wash with ro water 2 times a week and water wash daily(just soak them) use almond oil daily and I have dry and frizzy hair, I have normal diet, breakfast oat meal roti dal rice daily paneer 4-5 time week take nuts and almond daily
Main cause can be
I live in most polluted city delhi so I don't know it can the reason but my hair break start in monsoon, what should I do then
