I have hairfall problem since 2yrs .i want to cure that permanently ,so i want to replant my hair ,where should i ? & is it painful?

Hair transplant is a surgical procedure and is done under local numbing injections.
Though the surgery per se will be painless the minimal pain of numbing injections is there.
The transplanted hair also needs to be maintained with local applications throughout.
