Haemorrhoids
Do seating on bed is cause of haemorrhoids.
I have to seat on beat for long period of time because for the sake of study. So I want your suggestions I don't have any table and chair to seat on I have to prepare my exam
only by seating and studying on bed.

Seating doesn't cause haemorrhoids.. if you already has the conditions then it will create and discomfort while sitting.. avoid constipation, avoid oily and spicy food items, drink plenty of fluids, add fibre rich food to your daily diet..

Haemorrhoids are not caused by sitting but it is caused due to long standing constipation. Though sitting may cause pain and discomfort but it is not the cause of haemorrhoids.
