Patient Name: NASSRAN Age: 21 Sex: M CT scan report OBSERVATIONS: Haemangioma noted in C3 vertebral body. Epiglottis pre epiglottic space /epiglotticvalleculae and the base of tongue appear unremarkable No definite mass lesion / erosion/destruction of the cantilages seen. Hypo pharynx, pyriform sinuses & the laryngeal inlet reveal normal anatomical configuration. Pharyngo epiglottic folds appear unremarkable Laryngeal vestibule, vocal cords & anterior/posterior commissure appear essentially normal Maxilla & the mandible under view appear normal. Hyoid bone and thyroid/cricoid cartilages appear unremarkable, No obvious lymph node enlargement could be seen in the region under view Attenuation values of the parotid & sub mandibular glands under view appear essentially normal. Thyroid gland appears normal Pterygoid plates & the pterygoid fossae appear normal The muscles & the soft tissues under view appear normal
