Had few sexual encounters
This feb i had few sexual encounters with few partners with condom but had oral sex too.
i started feeling a bit fatigue and some redness on top of penis head
i did lab std panel test and went to a doctor he said no std as all results where negative
post that after 3 months did a std panel test again and it was all negative
now its been six months but i feel sometimes feel fatigued and slight redness in penis and slight pain ..i am not sure if it is all in my head as any rash or any ucler i just think its something related to std

Can you please suggest what should i do next?
Or i am overthinking?
