Had Covieshield vaccine. Have High Fever
Hi, I had Covieshield vaccine yesterday at 11:30 am. Started having fever around 7pm yesterday. It was high 102.6 F. Had two tablets of Dolo 650mg. Fever started reducing. But today morning, I am still having 103.5 F. Please advise what to do.

Hello use tab dolo for fever and do cold sponging ,usually fever will be there after vaccination for 2 or 3 days

It's normal to have fever after vaccination.... Use dolo 650mg only. if fever is high u can take the tab every 6th hrly, temperature ll subside.

After vaccination there is mild fever usually upto 3 days ...It may be higher as well but fever and body pain beyond 3 to 5 days may suggest infection as well due to contact with covid case post vaccination...

Hi side effects after vaccination will usually last for 1 to 2 days Take dolo 650 6hrly in case of high fever
