Habit of shaking feet
Hello, I hv habit of shaking my feet continuously. And now I'm on tht point, my feet started aching a lot. I resist myself but still I'm not able to get control over it. Legs and feet ache a lot at night when i go to bed for sleep. Please somebody hlp me to get rid of this habit.

Any history of childhood trauma or epilepsy? Or family history? This may be "chorea"( saint vitus dance)/ obsessive compulsive disorder You "may" need Need SSRI drugs + cognitive behavioral therapy

The habit of shaking legs happen when you sit cross-legged. You should consciously keep the feet apart. Take tablet Calpol-650 mg twice daily for pain.
