Any doubt about the viability of a pregnancy needs to be confirmed after a repeat ultrasound after two weeks. Injections are given in India but they tend to be of empirical value. This means that there is no evidence that they help or harm the pregnancy. They may give some psychological value of doing something. please see your gynaecologist who can guide you better after seeing your reports.
