Gur gur sound in chest
Dear doctor, My 3 and half year old girl having dry cough since 1 week no fever or cold ,but now i can hear gur gur sound in her chest should i give her expect pd,or nebulization doctor prescribed her Alex jr. Should i continue with it?plz help since its  lockdown and hospital are far away .
