There is a sharp pain in my left gums near molar teeth, swollen and red gums which and very painful and irritating

Give answer following questions to give accurate answer 1.is that tooth is last most i.e third molar. If so get one x Ray done and then see it's pattern of origin. 2.if it is other than 3rd molar.then is that tooth is badly carious .? And since when it is paining? Growth of gum is inside tooth or sideways. If answer is yes and tooth is not restorable then it has to be extacted

HI It may be due to so many cause..If the pain is in the first and second molar it may be due to caries in that teeth that reaches innermost pulpal layer and progress apically and causes infection in the root apex.... If the pain is in third molar area it may be due to erupting wisdom teeth complete clinical examination is necessary to rule the cause and management If the pain is due to first and second molar , you need to go for root canal treatment.. If the pain is in the third moalr area you need to go for Extraction of wisdom teeth
