Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on the teeth or food lodged in between your teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. visit dentist every 6 months.

Your concern is unclear. If u can elaborate it will be better. Neem sticks generally cause wearing of teeth which may cause sensitivity to cold or hot.
Next Steps
You should see a dentist and get a proper diagnosis first. Then treatment can be explained. Stop using Neem sticks till the situation is clear.
Health Tips
For general health of gums rinsing your mouth with warm water mixed with salt after food is good. Also use a medium soft tooth brush. Take care. Dr. Niharika Nath.
