My gums have been aching a lot recetly. I have not seen a dentist for a coulle of years, but for the last few months my gums have been aching through the night, after food and bleed when I brush them. My teeth also feel more sensitive than ever. It seems to me I have gingivitis maybe?

Hi..yes it seems you might be having Gingivitis with periodontitis. You need to visit dentist and get ultrasonic scaling done and laser treatment for better results.
