I have gum pain and tingling.this tingling feels inside the gum.i did x ray doctor say my four wisdom teeth are not right position.they have to remove.i want to know it is possible that wisdom teeth effects gum specially front gum.can wisdom teeth effects the nerve in gums.

Hi...it does not affect gums but you can feel that kind of sensation due to pressure coming from wisdom teeth. As the same nerves supply to lower jaw all teeth.

Gum problems can be due to accumulation of plaque(food particles) for which you need scaling (cleaning).
Regarding wisdom tooth, it should be removed if they are not in proper position. They will not directly effect your gums in the front but would effect the gums attached to tooth and the adjacent tooth.

But if u r having pain in ur jaw or gum irritation in wisdom tooth area then its because of wisdom tooth... However a clinical examination is must for definite diagnosis
