Gum swelling
Hi Doctor I am having Gum swelling in one of the upper front teeth for past one year.. Checked with Nearby Dentists they have cleaned and asked me to use mouth wash, soft bristle brush and Pepsodent paste.. After that It will subside for one month and again swelling happens.. For the past one week I am having white colour in the swelling gum of that Teeth and when I touched that gum with tongue it has been very tender and soft when compared to other teeth gums.. I have attached the photo.. Is there any serious issue.. All other teeth gums are fine..

U need to go x ray for this particular tooth. Clinically this tooth sound good. Few moths or years back u might god hurt or u might have fell somewhere
