Hi, bleeding gums can be due to poor oral hygiene, vitamin deficiency or any medications if you are on.
Next Steps
Brush your teeth twice a day with a fluoridated toothpaste. Gargle after every meal. Use mouthwash 2/3 times a day. Include floss in your daily oral hygiene regimen to prevent any food particles from getting stuck in your mouth and causing plaque accumulation. Take vitamin c tablets limcee 500mg daily for a month. Vitamin c is anyway beneficial to you as you are an Asthamatic. Vitamin C has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that reduces hypersensitivity to Asthama triggers. So incorporate vitamin c foods in your daily diet like lemon, orange, kiwi, strawberry, broccoli, potatoes, tomatoes etc
Health Tips
Visit dentist regularly and get a scaling and polishing done. Change your toothbrush every 3 months. Use a soft-medium bristled toothbrush. Or if you cannot clean it well, try electric toothbrush. Warm water salt water gargles for a few days. Thank you. Stay healthy and safe.
