From the past 3 months my Gums have started to bleed whenever I brush. Initially I stopped brushing and started to use Mouthwash. I even changed my toothbrush. Still whenever I brush it starts to bleed. Both the upper and lower gums bleed.

bleeding gums could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.
