1st things 1st- Gum infection doesn't cause stomach infection. Commonly Gum infection is caused by local factors i.e plaque & calculus & the bacteria are different from those causing infection in any other areas.Which can be effectively reduced ONLY by Scaling and root planing(Deep cleaning) as a maintenance therapy can continue using gel after cleaning. Get a proper diagnosis done for the stomach infection from a physician, and get a cleaning done from gum specialist.
