I hug and kiss the pillow like it's the one I love every morning. I used to masturbate for years until 2022 Dec. Since, then I have been using this act as a substitute. But since it leads to pre-cum, it makes me guilty that the action might be masturbation and I have broken my streak. Is this really masturbation?
