Hi Your doctor would have suggested laproscopy to rule out all possible causes of infertility in you, to check patency of tubes, etc Regarding your husband's immotile sperms consult an male infertility specialist or urologist to look for any hydrocele, varicose veins. If any addictions tell.your husband to stop them. Based on that IUI etc can be tried
