Growing acne and marks
I never get acne at my puberty.But now a lot of them has bumped out on my face and they are not going and marks too.I don't know why they are popping out as I clear my face everyday.Several ceremonies are coming and I'm avoiding them because of my marks. I am not very fond of make-up. I do shampoo every alternate day.This marks are making me less confident.Help me!

Acne at this age is usually due to some underlying hormonal problems.. get an ultrasonography of lower abdomen done to rule out polycystic ovarian disease as it is the most common underlying problem that leads to acne at this age. Consult a dermatologist for further management

Greetings.  Acne can occur due to a variety of reasons and it's  advisable to see a qualified dermatologist near you for detailed evaluation and treatment.  Hormonal disturbances can often cause acne.  Pollution, stress and unhealthy diet can worsen acne. Use a salicylic acid based face wash also you'll need a topical retinoid cream.  Hpe this helps. Warm regards
