Groin neck and ear lymph nodes

Hii doctor, So I'm feeling 3-4 lymph nodes in my body from past 1-1.5 months and I've attached a picture of the size of my nodes in groin (Inguinal) neck(Occipital) and ear(Preauricular) I have no nodes on my armpit/collarbone.These are painless and movable.These are oval shaped and my neck and ear node is small but groin node is quite big in length and small in width(Like a stick) . I'm currently having jock itch/ringworm on both of my inner thighs in my groin and it's very itchy. I am a slim boy.Is the groin node big in size due to the infection I have in my groin?plz let me know if this is concerning .

Yes need further information and get CBC with PBS blood test done, chest xray and also might need biopsy of the nodes. Consult a physician and take proper medication. Rule out Tuberculosis or connective tissues disorder
