Greying of Hairs
Hello sir /Mam, I am a student and of 22 years of age. Suddenly my hair started turning grey during lockdown. I tried changing shampoos. I often take stress and eat spicy food. I try to keep up with my diet but couldn't sometimes. Can yous suggest me something.

Eating spicy foods will not make your hair grey.. it can be due to hereditary or vitamin deficiency. Pls consult for further management.
