Should I go for hair coloring from a salon if I have a lots if grey hair. If yes, what is the safest process. If no, what are the alternatives to the hair color

Yes if cosmetically unacceptable, can go for hair coloring. Try a test patch of hair color behind ear if doing for the first time, waot for 48 hrs + , if no allergy redness, itching, rash etc , can proceed. Those who are allergic to hair color, we advice certain safer alternatives. Consult for more details.

Greying of Hair is a natural process , it is completely normal , i would suggest colouring or dyeing your hair if your whites concern you but if you want to control/delay your greying i can prescribe you supplements for that . Consult online if interested . It will help you in your overall condition as well , as i can see you have body pain too
