Hi, normal range of weight can be calculated based on height,age etc. If you are more than normal range you can do regular excercise( morning and evening) like jogging or walking for an hour, and take healthy greenleafy vegetable diet, fruit juices,and drink 3-4 liters of water..and avoid taking nonvegetarian foods,outside foods,junkfoods, bakery items,fried items,and avoid high calory foods.but don't miss regular small meals at regular time.consult dietician for furthur information.and it is better to avoid wight loss medicines.

Hello, Don't take medicines to shed weight ,they may adversely affect your health. Have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries.Consult dietician in nearest hospital for diet chart
