Hi! Vegetables and fruits are great sources of a lot of vitamins and minerals, but processing it decreases this content. Avoid making juice , you can have the bell peppers as it is. Toss it will lemon, salt and pepper and take it along with your meals for best effects. Don’t have it on an empty stomach, as this can increase stomach acidity.
Next Steps
Use bell peppers as salad, add other vegetables
Health Tips
Avoid juices , don’t take on an empty stomach.

Hi, Vegetable juice is a healthy drink as its rich in vitamins and fibre but it needs to be unstrained. Also it can have a combination of vegetables like Amla(Richest source of vitamin C), Bottle gourd,Carrot, greens etc. Capsicum is a rich source of vitamin C however only 1/2 should be fine, excess of any vegetable is not good as it will increase the concentration of that nutrient in the body.
