It looks like a Haematoma. It is highly localised. It should be drained. Please consult with a General Surgeon in your area.

It is sub ungual haematoma...apply cold compression take some analgesics ....take rest if it does not subside it requires drainage

It will disappear on its own no need to worry. It's a hematoma. If it's causing too much discomfort then visit a general surgeon in your place and get it drained.
