Grade1 chondromalacia patellae
I am having severe knee pain in my right leg After a MRI scan I have been diagnosed with grade 1 choddromalcia patellae involving the lateral patella facet. I have been taking calcium 400 mg and joincerin(glucosamine) from last more then one month. So far These medicines are of no help, pain is getting worse day by day. Kindly suggest any remedy

Please upload your MRI reports Your height,weight Blood reports. Do get in touch for proper Analysis and tailormade Rehab protocol for your problem. Condromallecia pataellae is a fairly common occourance with proper rehab plan you would be pain free and active.

You require Aggressive quadriceps (thigh muscle strengthening) physiotherapy program. It will take at least 3 weeks to show results. At the knee Klinik in Pune we extensively use Intra-articular PRP injection for early chondromalacia with good results.
