Hello sir, My friend is suffering from gout attack. Is there any way to help him out. He had taken a pirox dt

First of all r you very sure it’s gout. If yes then u can give me tablet goutnil 0.5 mg morning evening , some ice fomentation over the joint. And replace piroxicam with tab naprosyn 500 morning evening
